WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
| Circular Wardrobe | Resale apps | Wardrobe apps | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Builds outfits from what you own | |||
| Sells what you no longer wear | |||
| Books real stylists, tailors and cobblers | |||
| Repairs, donates and upcycles, not just sells | |||
| Tracks your real impact over time |
Resale apps start when you're done with a piece. Wardrobe apps stop at outfits. Circular Wardrobe covers the whole life of your clothes.
Clothes get forgotten, selling is a chore and repair is hard to find. So good pieces sit still.

YOUR WARDROBE ADVISER
YOUR IMPACT, IN NUMBERS
The market numbers are stark. Circular Wardrobe counts what you actually do with your clothes and shows your side of the difference, honestly.
−36%
fewer wears per garment in 15 years.
Ellen MacArthur Foundation, A New Textiles Economy (2017)
Every outfit you wear is counted, so you see which pieces earn their place and which ones sit still.
≈€1,000
of clothes doing nothing in an average wardrobe: 1 in 4 of its 166 pieces not worn in a year.
Indyx 2025 wardrobe report; value: our estimate (41 pieces × €25)
Pieces you sell are totalled up, so the value sitting in your wardrobe turns into real earnings.
12.6 Mt
of textile waste in the EU every year, and under 1% of clothing is recycled into new clothes.
European Commission (2023); Ellen MacArthur Foundation (2017)
Repaired, resold, donated or upcycled: every piece that stays in circulation is one less in the bin.
59%
of consumers bought second-hand clothing in 2025.

What you buy second-hand is tracked too, so your impact counts both sides of the loop.
